E-commerce solutions

Online stores built to be shopped on a phone, with a simple checkout and stock that stays honest.

Selling online should feel as straightforward as selling across a counter. We build stores with a quick, trustworthy checkout and sensible back-office tools, so you can get on with your actual products rather than running a website.

Where AI earns its place in an online shop

Two places it genuinely helps: drafting product descriptions at volume so you aren't writing forty of them on a Sunday, and answering the repetitive pre-sales questions — 'do you deliver to Kent', 'is this in stock' — without someone typing the same reply all day. We wouldn't use it to set your prices, and anything that reaches a customer goes out reviewed first.

Selling direct keeps your margin

Every sale through a marketplace costs you a commission — and often costs you the customer too, because you can't email them, can't offer them something next month, and can't reach them again. A shop of your own keeps the full amount and the relationship. For most small businesses that matters more than the fee saved on any single order.

Buying on a phone has to be painless

A large share of online orders are placed from a phone, frequently not straight after deciding to buy. Checkout is where most of that money gets lost: every extra field, every surprise about delivery, every pause is a reason to abandon the basket. We keep it short, show delivery costs early, and strip out anything that isn't earning its place.

Stock that tells the truth

Selling something you've run out of does far more damage than not selling it at all. We connect your stock so the site reflects what you actually have, flag low stock before it becomes a problem, and let you know when something needs reordering — rather than letting a customer find out first.

Payments people trust

Cards, bank transfer, and the other options people genuinely expect at checkout. Security matters more than people expect: someone typing their card details into an unfamiliar small shop's site is a genuinely hesitant act, and anything that makes it feel less safe costs you the sale.

Your customers stay yours

This is the real difference between your shop and a marketplace listing. You hold the customer data, you can email them, you can offer them something in six months, and nobody can change your prices or delist you overnight. That independence is worth building for.

Common questions

How long does an online shop take?
A focused store with a manageable range is usually four to six weeks. Large catalogues, custom options or complicated delivery rules take longer, and we'll give you a real estimate once we've seen what you're selling.
Who adds the products and handles the orders?
We do. There's a straightforward admin screen behind the scenes for adding products, adjusting prices and viewing orders, and we use it for you. Send over a product and a price and we'll action it.
Can you move my existing catalogue across?
Yes. We can import what you already have — products, photos, descriptions — so you're not starting from nothing. We check the mapping carefully too, because a shop full of slightly wrong products is worse than an empty one.
Who do the payments go through?
You do. We set up and test the payment provider, and configure delivery options and rules, but the account sits in your business's name so the money comes straight to you.
What if I'm not technical?
That's the normal case and it changes nothing — you never have to learn the shop. We set it up, load the products and run the day-to-day. All you do is send a photograph of the new stock.
