AI for business
Practical AI for small businesses — taking the repetitive work off your team's plate, without the hype or the risk.

Almost everyone has been sold AI they don't need by someone who has never done your job. We take the opposite approach. We watch how work actually moves through your business, find the handful of tasks that genuinely eat your week, and set those up properly — leaving you in charge of the result.

Start with the boring jobs, not the impressive ones
The best first AI project in a small business is almost never the flashiest one. It's the two hours a day someone spends retyping enquiries into a spreadsheet, matching invoices to orders, or writing the same polite reply to the same three questions. We map how work actually flows through your business and start where the time goes — not where a conference talk says the excitement is.
It learns from your business, not from a stranger
A generic assistant gives generic, unhelpful answers, and it damages your reputation when it does. Anything we set up is grounded in your own prices, your services, your policies and how you speak to customers. Someone asking about opening times or a specific job gets an accurate answer, or a clean hand-off to a person — never a confident guess.
It works with the systems you already pay for
Nobody needs to rip out their invoicing, booking system or CRM to benefit from this. We connect the AI to the tools you already run, so it drafts the quote, fills in the form, sorts the inbox and updates the record — and your team keeps working in software they already know.
Nobody gets replaced, and nothing goes out unchecked
This is about taking away work people dislike, not taking away jobs. Anything that sends a message, quotes a figure or makes a commitment to a customer goes past a human first. And if a job shouldn't be automated — a tricky complaint, a bespoke quote — we'll say so plainly, because an assistant that confidently gets a price wrong costs more than it saves.
Your data stays where it belongs
Customer details, contracts, medical and financial records stay inside tools built to hold that data, under a written agreement about who can see what and for how long. We won't paste your client list into a free consumer tool to save an afternoon. When something needs a human decision rather than a clever prompt, we'll tell you that.
You own the accounts, and you can carry on without us
Everything is set up in your business's name and written down properly, so another developer could pick it up tomorrow. We do the day-to-day keeping-it-alive because that genuinely saves you effort, but the point is to make your business more efficient — not to make you dependent on us.

Common questions
- Is my business too small for this to be worth doing?
- If you handle repetitive admin, answer the same customer questions, or write similar things regularly, then no. Most of the value at our size comes from removing small constant tasks — an hour or two a day adds up fast, and it costs a fraction of taking on someone.
- Will this replace my staff?
- No, and we'd push back if you came to us with that as the aim. We automate the work people don't want to be doing so they can spend their time on customers. In every project we've recommended doing less than the client originally asked for.
- What happens to our customer information?
- It stays under your control, in tools with a written agreement covering who can access what and for how long. We won't put customer details or sensitive records into a consumer tool just to save time. Anything sensitive stays inside systems designed to handle it.
- Do I need to be technical to use any of this?
- No — and if it did, we wouldn't recommend it. You tell us what should happen; we build it, set it up and keep it running. If a system needs a technical person to operate day to day, it's the wrong system for your business.
- How long does the first version take?
- Usually two to four weeks, depending on how much we're connecting up. We begin with one process that's genuinely worth automating, get that working properly, then look at the next one — rather than trying to transform everything at once and getting nowhere.
- What if it turns out we don't need it?
- Then we say so. Plenty of businesses aren't ready for this yet, and we'd rather tell you that than sell you something that becomes extra work. If a task shouldn't be automated, you'll hear why before you spend anything.
